Secretariat activities. Providing support to the Rector and the General Director with regard to institutional activities. Performing administrative support duties to the Academic Senate, the Board of Governs, the International Advisory Board, the Central Guarantee Committee and other Committees of the School. Managing elections of the internal and external Governing bodies of the School. Managing institutional collaborations and patronage requests. Managing of activities related to setting up, drafting, reviewing and approving Framework Agreements and Memoranda of Understanding. Advising on and coordinating  ccess to administrative documents. Supporting the DPO in fulfilling activities related to privacy. Managing the registry, record keeping, filing and conservation.

Operational Management Group

Process mapping. Monitoring the implementation of corrective actions for selected internal processes. Verification and promotion of target achievement based on selected indicators.

Planning, Control and Quality

Responsible for the School’s programming procedures, as well as for the activities related to the Integrated Performance System and the Quality Assurance system. Providing support to the Assessment Board and the Quality Enhancement Committee.

Legal Affairs and Compliance

Monitoring all applicable laws and regulations. Providing support to other offices and units in drafting policies and regulations. Responsible for issuing all regulations. Supporting the General Director in fulfilling transparency, anti-corruption and anti-bribery obligations.

Campus Management and Front Office

Providing general services to the School (mail and courier, cleaning, concierge, switchboard, porterage, waste collection, etc.). Managing procedures for visas, residence permits, tax code and health care for foreign users. Managing rooms and internal venues and granting use to third parties. Managing accommodation in the students’ residence and guest guesthouse. Managing the canteen service. Providing support to the prevention and protection service and to health surveillance. Managing insurance policies and the School’s utilities. Organizing language courses for foreign users. Seeking, checking and updating special deals reserved to School’s members for various types of services
