Activity

The candidate must investigate the integration of social and wireless networks in the management of critical and emergency situations. A service-oriented, modular, flexible architecture should be defined that supports the gathering, storage, manipulation and interaction between wireless and social networks.

Formal requirements

Possession of a PhD in a related field. Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.

Specific requirements

The candidate must have a strong background on game theory approaches to collaboration, resource allocation techniques, information theory, and wireless communication networks, possibly witnessed by a discrete publication record in those topics. Experience and skills related to software development, emergency management and social networks will be appreciated.
